> Great integrator for aircraft maintenance, very friendly interface and good liability.
I've worked with Trax for approximately 7 years at Azul Airlines and during this time their maintenance control and records were flawless. MCC (troubleshooting) and QC were also pretty happy with the software. I used to use the "Orders" Module, which is also tailored for aviation (exchange orders, rental orders, serial number control, etc).

> **Pros**: Posting transactions has a fast turnaround and you can see the updated data right away. It is also a good tool to keep big amounts of data, like those that are found in invoices.

> **Cons**: Navigation and data input can be a bit frustrating as sometimes the screen freezes and I cannot type my input. I have found a workaround (pressing the Alt key) to activate the window so I can click on text boxes, but sometimes that also doesn't work.

> I used Trax Maintenance for automating a process in the Accounts Payable team of a large airline company that includes processing of invoices. Navigating around the application is already challenging while doing manual execution, so it was very hard to automate it. However turnaround of transactions is very fast.
