> **Pros**: As a user this software is great and saves a huge amount of time.  No more writing snags on a piece of paper and then getting someone else to input it onto a spreadsheet and then keeping the spreadsheet up to date.  Get a tablet and off you go.  Recurring snag items are saved and you can add photos so you can pinpoint exactly where the issue is.

> **Cons**: As an administrator I find the system quite complicated and confusing to set up.  There are so many aspects to each function that it's easy to miss something.  If there is an issue on a permit for example, troubleshooting to find out what the error is is not always straightforward.
> 
> As a user, Fieldview is brilliant.  Saves time, paper and manpower.  The support team are really helpful if you need assistance.
