Storable = Horrible" — 1.0/5 > **AJ** | *28 April 2025* | Real Estate | Recommendation rating: 3.0/10 > > **Pros**: Has a lot of Self Storage solutions - access control integration, payment processing, etc. > > **Cons**: Sitelink was purchased by Storable and customer services has been stripped away in an effort to streamline and increase company profit. You now interact with tech support people IF you're luck. Regarding billing issues (which occur several times a year because they are always making changes to increase the profit - you simply have email support??? Horrible. Additionally they continue to raise their costs every 1.5-2 years like clockwork. We have been with them for 20 years and the company is has now become is a shadow of their original self since being bought out. They have won no voter awards since 2017 for a very good reason... Simply go to their website and look at the vast amount of phone numbers for various "support". Even their phone numbers don't have the same area code because they outsource to call centers. > > Actively looking for a replacement to SiteLink as our Self-Storage Management software and payment processing. ----- ### "Poor gate/pad access service" — 2.0/5 > **Allison** | *31 May 2025* | Facilities Services | Recommendation rating: 5.0/10 > > **Pros**: Past customer service. We continued with Sitelink after purchasing the business in 2019. They were always good to respond and quickly service our needs. > > **Cons**: Their response time is slower and we are still trying to get a problem resolved, after over a week of issues. > > We switched gate access to Sitelink awhile back, expecting the same service we always received in the past; however, we've had issues with the gate pads ONLY (Gate works, as long as we open it from our computer). We've had to leave the gate open, because we've had issues with customers unable to get in. ----- ### "Great Software" — 5.0/5 > **Catherine** | *3 October 2019* | Warehousing | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: This software really helps you collect and manage tenant income. It pushes you along to maximize your profits at each turn\! > > **Cons**: The only item is the "move out" process is not very smooth and tends to have issues in terms of refunds, refunded amounts, and if they are scheduled to move, but don't, it's a problem. > > Income in a small business is the name of the game and Sitelink has your back. It will prompt you to collect payment, it will help you plan price increases and by far is the one of the easiest to use, easiest to understand, quick to learn and intuitive. ----- ### "Sitelink Web" — 5.0/5 > **Louise** | *12 March 2019* | Retail | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: I love that Sitelink is very user friendly. Has training videos and also great tech support. I use myhub and it helps when not on site for the best customer service. > > **Cons**: Sometimes the system just crashes and also the updates sometimes cause problems. > > Again the fact that I can help customers with my hub and sitelink does all the calculations. ----- ### "The most popular self-storage management platform" — 3.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *7 May 2019* | Real Estate | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10 > > **Pros**: This is simple and easy to use with good reporting options. > > **Cons**: SiteLink's interface is extremely outdated. ----- Page: 1 / 19\ Next: [Next page](https://www.capterra.co.il/software/92752/sitelink-web-edition?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.co.il/software/92752/sitelink-web-edition) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
