> **Pros**: Aerial granted me and my team the ability to build and share complex cases. What I like especially was how easy it is to securely add notes to each case and also send them for review.

> **Cons**: Once I learned how to use the software I had no issues, but when I first started using Aerial I though it was needlessly complicated. Even now, even something as simple as adding notes to a case (EX - the details of a call with a client) takes too many steps.
> 
> Aerial does what it’s supposed to do for us but could benefit from adding some quality of life tweaks.
