After complaining to customer service and ask for a refund of the payments taken by mistake on the 8th, still waiting for refund to be made\! now been two weeks waiting for a refund. Several emails sent, calls, several excuses (best one being that the CFO needs to authorise/sign off the refund( a CFO needs to authorise a refund of £72\!\!) but refund nowhere to be seen even after confirming (and me chasing again) that it had been authorised.
