Prior to switching to VolunteerMatters we used a wide array of platforms across the agency – including Salesforce, Excel sheets, Google products and Volunteer Hub. Our processes were decentralized, inconsistent and time-consuming. Ultimately VolunteerMatters was the best fit for the volume and types of volunteer opportunities we host, but more importantly I can see that VolunteerMatters is committed to the continued development of their platform, constantly adding new features and seeking input from customers to improve the experience of staff and volunteers.
