Reporting for daily number of orders can be achieved and inventory reports for customer's vendors can be created for order forecasting and this is also  helpful to manage the material master data, warehouse management.

> **Cons**: When it comes to cost I found Sterling order management system is more costly with respect to its peer level order management system applications.

> Load balancing feature of Sterling order management is very helpful . It was very effective application for   organization's business critical requirement  like inventory reporting, order forecasting , revenue forecasting and helpful complete order to cash cycle in effectively lesser time.
