There was a data breach recently and communication was terrible. I didn’t have access to my calendar/charts/records for one week and any appointments that were scheduled 3 days prior to the crash did not get saved once the server was back up. This lead to multiple double bookings over the next month. There was zero communication, sympathy or apologies from this company. As a user we still do not know what happened. It seems to have been just “brushed under the rug.” Customer service worsened once my company decided to leave medicfusion and utilize a different EHR. I have not had a response in over 2 months and have not been given my patient charts to upload into my new software. I have used this software for over 5 years.
