Best Software to use
Comments: As finance professional I used this to track revenue for my client. They use Shopify for selling the products. And mostly sale done through this. This is one of the best platform to use. Easy to use Easily sync with netsuite for sales.
Pros:
We use this site to sell our products. I like most the dashboard easy to use, and reports section easily anyone can earn from this portal.
Cons:
Sometimes we feel syncing issue with others application.

Comments: My overall experience was amazing I literally swore by Shopify. Until the deactivated my website and added me to a MATCH list for high fraudulent risk. But other than that I love Shopify and hope one day I can figure out how to get my account back working.
Pros:
I liked most that everything was very seamless.
Cons:
I like least that they don't have a customer service number anymore
Once good, now terrible
Comments: Customer service used to be good until the took phone calling away. Now chat boxes take hours with no resolutions. Just need to resolve the small issue of them holding our money and not paying it out to us. But the notice they gave us before withholding our payouts. Less then 1 business days. Im on day 4 of trying to get this resolved. Choose another site.
Pros:
Customer service before they got rid of the ability to talk to someone. Probably fired them all to make more money.

Comments: Overall I still have to say that Shopify is an amazing tool for entrepreneurs who want to reach a broader audience. It is simple to set up and the admin view shows everything you need at one quick view.
Pros:
Shopify is very simple and intuitive. It is perfect for people who are just starting out in the E-Commerce branch.
Cons:
Despite Shopify being very intuitive and easy to handle, I still have to criticize this simple approach, as you reach your limits, concerning personal customization, very fast. This is particularly painful when it comes to doing SEO on Shopify where you are very limited!
One-stop tool for running an ecom store
Comments: Brilliant. Exactly what I need to start and run a relatively successful ecom store. By using the Shopify App Store I really expanded the sites features as well.
Pros:
Ease of use & UI. The amount of features it has is also crazy good, can easily manage an entire ecom business just using Shopify.
Cons:
Customising the themes without loads of coding knowledge can sometimes be a headache.
