Their staff is all off shore, good luck getting anything done during PST. Everything was routed to a ticket and you have to pick times that are often more than a week later. Support forwards to other “specialists” who take even longer. After trying to cancel with $0 reimbursed, they threaten to hold you to a yearly contract.
