> **Pros**: Everything was very well organized for tenant and rent management. It is pretty all self-explanatory once you get the hang of it, like how to find a resident using the address and even payment types.

> **Cons**: It is pretty old school in that you'd have to use the function keys a lot but at least you do not have to use your mouse/cursor as much.

> MRI Property Management is all a matter of getting used where the information is located. There isn't too much tutoring offered with it in the beginning, but playing around in it just to see how everything is organized will really help you figure it out.
