Significant time and effort along with thorough training are needed to make use of all the features available to Qualtrics XM users. > > Overall, using Qualtrics XM has been a positive experience. Mostly I and my team used it for collecting basic data, however, when I had the opportunity to use it for research data collection, I was impressed with the flexibility of the settings and logic to deploy a high-level, IRB-approved survey.
