> **Cons**: -  Standard Reports Module can be better  (in terms of types of basic reports and the flexibility to choose/add fields as per the need).  &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;-  Activities related to Requisitions should be tracked well in the system notes  (in terms of: interviews, offers, etc.).&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;-  Applicants statuses, as laid out, can be confusing at times for the users.   'Availability Status' of the applicant (e.g: available; hired; long term inactive; etc.) shoud be a different field than the 'Applicant Activity Status' (e.g.: qualified or not-qualified for a certain position; not referred; eligible for interview; etc.).

> **Pros**: My experience with myStaffingPro has been great. The ease of using the system is amazing. I was self-taught after joining a company, and I caught on with no problems. I loved the hands on approach the staff took in helping me make changes and the service was very high.

> **Cons**: One thing you need to do is an administrator is make sure that your postings are formatted correctly so they look appealing to applicants. This will take some time and trial \&amp; error but once you have a solid foundations the ease of using a post ongoing is amazing.
