> I purchased a dual workstation licence - almost 4 weeks later I have only received 1 licence number  and according to the software it is not correct so the software can't be activated and therefore doesn't work;  and I have yet to receive the second licence despite many, many requests.  Support non-existent, emails not responded to.  So, I have paid the money upfront but I still don't have usable software and by now (4 weeks later) I expected to be up and running. Not a happy customer, in fact, a very unhappy customer.

> Download the trial version and purchase the single workstation license.  The licence received in email.  Fast and simple setup.  We setup the items inventory and the program creating the rental contract. Simple and quick use. Low budget software.

> Purchased this software on Jan 2014.  After several email attempts, the activation product was sent after a week.
After install several bugs on windows 7. Inexistance of customer support. 
Waste of time and can't use the software till today
