When you rely on an accounting platform to provide accurate financial data, payment processing errors are simply unacceptable. What makes the situation even worse is the lack of customer support. Multiple attempts to resolve these issues through customer service resulted in little to no meaningful assistance. Escalations went nowhere, and even emails sent to the Office of the \[sensitive content hidden\] have gone unanswered. Imagine using financial software and being unable to confidently run financial reports because the underlying payment data cannot be trusted. The entire purpose of accounting software is to provide accurate financial information, yet that becomes impossible when transactions are not recorded properly. For a company that markets itself as a leader in accounting solutions, the lack of accountability and responsiveness is incredibly frustrating.
