> **Cons**: I cannot think of any cons at this point. The only problem I have is with GuideMobile. but I think it is more of an issue with our IS/IT department than COGEP.

> **Pros**: Too many pros to list all of them, but as a maintenance and reliability engineer working on optimizing fleet performance and maintenance efficiency, here are a few:- Extremely powerful planning and scheduling tool to set effective and efficient maintenance plans.- Ability to easily track work order cost, delays and failure modes to perform reliability analyses.- Ability to define detailed preventive maintenance programs.- Extensive customization features to essentially fit any organization's needs and business processes.- Very user friendly layout making it easy to navigate through different modules.

> **Cons**: Le fait que le logiciel de Guide TI n’est pas encore totalement en version Web nous oblige à paramétrer en double vos formulaires si vous voulez utiliser la version web. Ça rend le déploiement un peu plus ardu.

Le mobile nous permet d'être très rapide et parfaitement documenté afin de faire les analyses des bons de travail d'urgence sur les équipements de production. L'accès aux informations pertinentes (pièces de rechange, procédures, historique des bons de travail, etc...) directement au plancher rend nos interventions plus efficaces. Les recherches d'informations sont très faciles à effectuer avec les tous les critères applicables. La création de listes qui peuvent être envoyées par courriel à des fréquences définies est très puissante. L'outil de création de tableaux de bord nous permet d'être autonome dans la création d'outils de suivi et d'indicateurs de performances pour tous les groupes\!
Finalement, COGEP sont très proactifs et efficaces au niveau du support technique\!

> **Cons**: Parfois, nous aurions voulu que le logiciel puisse en faire plus, comme par exemple la gestion des fiches de cadenassage. Par contre, Guide TI est facilement intégrable avec plusieurs autres logiciels connus, tels que SAP, ConformIT, etc...

> Pour avoir utilisé quelques autres GMAO dans le passé, je peux confirmer que Guide TI est une solution efficace, facile d'utilisation et très performante. Son utilisation, combinée à un Comité Fiabilité, a permis à notre entreprise d'atteindre un niveau de disponibilité impressionnant sur nos lignes de productions critiques.
