> **Pros**: Having the ability to have a full audit trail even when something get's removed/deleted.  Ease of use and pay accuracy but it's more than just that as it helps the operational teams manage their staff more efficiently.

> **Cons**: Yes there are a couple of things that I would like tweaking but for the life of me I can't remember what they are now\!
> 
> Payroll accuracy is the most fundamental benefit of the system as well as leave entitlements.
