Excellent built-in database manger. And always had great technical support\! > > **Cons**: I have been using this software for 30 years and watched it grow to what it is today. I don't find much fault with it. I came from a DOS environment using presort software named Archlist by Group 1 this was pre-postnet barcode days. In 1995 when the US Postal Service required a postnet barcode for automation presort discounts, Group 1 couldn't get their act together. It was at this time I found Accuzip the original name for SmartAddresser. As a matter of fact SmartAddresser still uses the Accuzip presort and validation engine today. If I had to say what I would like to see improved is, a better algorithm for the CASS validation process, to catch more valid addresses without me having to look up the addresses and validate them myself, but it's not a big deal, most of the lists I've done get a 98% validation score anyway like I said no big deal. > > It's made me good money and happy clients over the last 30 years. ----- ### "Great mailing software" — 5.0/5 > **Evan** | *18 July 2019* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: I like that you use it's functions in a simple or complex way, depending on your needs. It can be too finicky in determining whether an address is deliverable. It someone misspells "Ave" as "Av," the software kicks the address out as undeliverable.
