The staff did not have either the time or the background to do so. Having said that, I found that I always got answers or resolutions to issues. The system is pretty user friendly and when I have questions or trying to resolve.. the online chat has been working wonderfully. So happy that you have real live support folks - almost always they have been able to answer my questions or solve my issues. Although we haven't had issues with our the DP Classic online forms, there is some nuances with them and what we preferred to include on them. Per our developer the limitations of DP wouldn't allow for them. Accounting integration in our Quickbooks. The UICC decided to purchase DonorPerfect as it was advised the DP could upload into QuickBooks. Unfortunately only at a consolidated gift level by GL not by donor level.
