> **Cons**: Customer support is not helpful. They send canned responses that don't even address the issue reported.

> Customer support is awful. Our company rep is helpful, but the everyday support email is not. All of our employees who have submitted their annual odometer reading and updated their insurance are experiencing issues and are being threatened that they won't receive their next reimbursement even though it appears to be a system issue.
