There has never been an issue with the finance aspect and The Llama Sanctuary can count on receiving a payout, on the dot, every week. > > **Cons**: At the moment, Zeffy lacks some of the refinements and tools that bespoke email platforms, event organisers and online stores can offer. The email creation element is still a bit crude and clunky and site navigation can be counter-intuitive (to me at least). > > Zeffy has been the major fundraising platform for The Llama Sanctuary since 2024 and it has made a huge difference to the administration. Previously, we used Mailchimp for email campaigns, Events for event booking and guided tours and separate fundraising platforms. All of that is now condensed into one entity making life so much easier and in the process, the amount of money saved in fees each year is enough to pay the feed bill for entire month\! Oh\! But we are a 100% volunteer based organization so if I were a professional I feel like I might have more knowledge or time to better understand some of the more advanced features and take advantage of them. > > Overall our small all volunteer non profit has had no negative experiences with Zeffy, which is amazing. Every prior platform eventually had issues we had to work around, we also don't have complex needs.
