Instaffo is free for Talent. Companies pay for outcomes rather than for reach: there is no cost per job posting and no cost per contacted profile.

Three plans, one shared marketplace

Every plan opens the same marketplace: AI matching against more than 300,000 pre-qualified Talent, the Talent Feed for direct outreach, chat with candidates, collaboration with hiring managers and unlimited team members. The plans differ in how many jobs run in parallel, which ATS integration is available, and how high the success fee is.

Essential costs 0 EUR per month. Instaffo charges 15% of the target gross annual salary when a hire happens. Up to 5 jobs can be active at the same time. Nothing is due before a successful hire, so a first role can be tested without a budget approval.

Professional starts at 990 EUR per month on a fixed term and reduces the success fee to 12% of the target gross annual salary. Job postings are unlimited, a basic ATS integration syncs candidates both ways, and every hire is covered by a 90-day free replacement from the employment start date. Instaffo recommends this plan from roughly five placements per year, the point where the lower success fee outweighs the monthly fee.

Enterprise is quoted individually. It adds a custom ATS integration with candidate sync, enterprise-grade security including a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement, and flexible pricing at higher hiring volume.

What the success fee is based on

The fee is a percentage of the target gross annual salary for the role. It is not a percentage of actual first-year earnings and not a fixed placement rate. It becomes due when someone is hired. A vacancy that never gets filled costs nothing beyond the plan fee.

What every plan includes at no extra cost

The salary benchmark web app with more than 750,000 job and Talent data points, filterable by role, region and seniority. Unlimited team members. Distribution of a published role across established platforms and relevant niche channels. The Instaffo chat with candidates. Matching itself is never metered: seeing more matched Talent does not increase the price.

Setup and commitment

There is no setup fee and no per-seat license. Essential runs without any payment up front, which makes it the low-risk way to test one hard-to-fill role. Professional and Enterprise run on a fixed term, agreed per contract.

> **Pros**: Instaffo ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und man merkt, dass sich das Unternehmen wirklich mit dem Prozess der Personalgewinnung auseinandergesetzt hat. Alle Funktionen sind selbsterklärend aber auch der Kundensupport ist ausgezeichnet. Man erhält einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner der auch wirklich da ist und jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zu Seite steht. Und das wichtigste, nach wenigen Wochen konnten wir die erste erfolgreiche Einstellung über das Tool generieren.
