Comments: Squaretalk made it easier to forward calls to other team members and escalate customer problems, which improved our resolution rates. It also reduces our operational costs and ultimately improves our bottom line.

Pros:

I like best that the product is constantly evolving. They’ve recently added more self-service options to the portal, which speeds up admin work, and let managers customize their dashboards and reports more.

Cons:

I haven't had a serious issue yet to write about

Great for scaling up sales

Pros:

Squaretalk has significantly boosted our sales operations. Their autodialer has tripled our calling capacity and allowed us to reach more leads in less time. The reporting and analytics features privide valuable insights into call performance and help us to optimize our strategies. The customer support is top-notch, they are always quick to respond and resolve any issues we have.

Cons:

The only downsite we're encountered is the occasional lag in the reporting dashboard. It would also be great to have more real-time updates.

Comments: Squaretalk is a good VoIP option if your business is spread all over the world like ours. All our agents work from home and we haven’t had any issues with access, call quality, or connection. It’s also very easy to oversee agent performance and keep track of our overall KPIs.

Pros:

It’s easy to use for all types of users and doesn't require an IT department to set up and maintain.

Cons:

Because we have a 24/7 operation, we hit all maintenance windows.

Perfect tool for my use case

Squaretalk has improved our sales and can honestly say it has transformed our communication strategy. Communication with our clients is the top priority and the ability to stay connected with them has been crucial for the development of our company. The Matrix has doubled the calling speed of our agents and double the conversion of leads on a monthly basis. It is also very valuable that our clients can call us back on the same numbers. Accepting inbound from the region we are calling is very rare to find on the market. Highly recommended for businesses seeking reliable and efficient communication solution.

Cons:

Honestly, we don't need all the campaign setup options and it's sometimes confusing to go through all of them.

Their offer to let us test the system independently for a few hours was exceptional and greatly satisfied our tech team. A good system integrated into your crm

Pros:

The system is easy to use, it is simple and practical. From the pms with a single click I can call my clients without having to use dialing. It has many other functions, which I don't really use, but it will certainly work for other businesses. The support is really excellent, the communication is fast and effective.

Cons:

So far I have no criticism of the system; except for two brief moments when the system failed to convert the call. Specific cases, without a doubt.

Predictive Dialer Amazing Product by Innitel

Comments: My company has been clients of Innitel for more than 2 years, one of the reason for applying for their services was because of the Dialer. We use it every day with 4 brands and 5 offices works perfectly every day like a well oiled machine. The Dialer has solved for us many problems and has saved for us alot of money and of course manpower. Any callcenter that makes calls to clients daily must get the Innitel Predictive Dialer .

Comments: At the end as a call center manager, i am looking for a solution that i can rely on, that works with no bugs, that the support team behind it is responsive and take my business very seriously. Innitel's Atomic dialer and the team behind it, are definitely meeting those requirements.
The price is fair, the quality is excellent, and i even got them to integrate the Dialer system to my Sugar CRM at no extra fee, and that's really nice.

Comments: The team is very friendly and professional, we had a few issues at the set up which were quickly escalated and resolved, all and all the service is stable and easy to set up, the cost is reasonable and the results are impressive.
