The other thing that would need to improve is subscriptions when billing. Invoices cant be different from invoice 1 and 2. For any subscriptions, they are all the same except the number of the invoice. Not very efficient...
The bank reconciliation is sometimes not totally perfect, but it is okay.

It is very easy to upload an invoice in Pennylane, and easy as well to generate invoices for your own customers. For my needs, that are quite basic, it is perfectly suitable.

> **Cons**: The implementation process was quite long, and there is a connectivity issue with my bank account. Also, the customer support is very long to reach (there are super busy all the time).

> Franchement, c’est super complet : tu gères vraiment tout au même endroit, la factu, la compta et y a aussi un compte pro que j'utilise maintenant en principal pour mon entreprise. 

Je trouve que l’interface est hyper intuitive vs mon précédent outil. Je paye un peu plus cher mais je peux tout faire et je n'ai pas besoin de bidouiller ou d'avoir d'autres outils. Avec le compte pro inclus, je peux faire autant qu'avant et ça revient au final moins cher pour plus de fonctionnalités.
