We think that their willingness to continuously improve the product gives us confidence that we’re working with a partner who genuinely cares about your success. Second, the product is intuitive and easy to use for our team members who have limited technical experience. Additionally, I’d like to personally compliment their AI website builder feature which was very useful and innovative. We were able to get our website up and running quickly within one hour. Since there’s an important event coming, we really appreciate the efficient process. We can track and manage different package types easily, such as our 50 \& 100 class packs including the instructor scheduling tools. Since we have quite a big number of instructors and class sessions, bookings and cancellations are accurately documented for both the staff and members. The platform also supports 3rd party payment integration like Stripe that allows multiple payment methods including the PayNow and GrabPay options, so super relevant to my local members.
