Pros:

The software is easy to use, especially with the HTML5 interface. It makes with only a browser multiple people can access PC/Server applications with ease and has very low System requirements.

Cons:

TSPlus Puts The Others To Shame!

Comments: Outstanding product. I have installed it at multiple clients and have had 200 user organizations up and running in 20 minutes. Even customizing the web pages for end users is so easy! I just did an install for a 50 user company on an Azure server and had all the users logging in and accessing their desktops in 20 minutes. It's super stable, fast and easy to administer. Microsoft Remote Desktop and Citrix products make you setup every little option and make the entire process so painful and difficult. TSPlus just installs and is ready to go out of the box. The most difficult part is cutting and pasting the license key in! Seriously, if you want a remote desktop solution, you are crazy to go with anything else. I just put TSPlus in for a company that spent a ton of money trying to get Frame working for 1 year. They could never get the Frame desktops to work due to screen refreshing over long distances. I installed TSPlus and in 30 minutes, it worked perfectly. All the screen refresh issues were gone. We literally replaced a product (Frame) that cost over $50,000 with TSPlus which cost $1200 and it works 100x better. Don't be fooled - TSPlus can go up against any remote desktop product and destroy it.

Pros:

Super easy to use! You can have hundreds of users on remote desktops in 10 minutes literally! The installation and setup is so simple it's insane. Administration is also so easy. They load in all the defaults and the way 99% of the users will use it and allow you to customize it afterward. Microsoft and Citrix make you setup every little option. TSPlus puts in the defaults and let's you work around the defaults which makes for a super fast deployment.

Cons:

The pricing is a little confusing. I don't like that they charge for every little module (IE. Two factor, etc) but overall the pricing is fair. It's just a little confusing sometimes.

Comments: support team need to understand... partners generally reach out to them when they fail or face certain challenges generally at the time of trial... support team should extend the best at the time of trial for certain challenges faced and this is as good as participating in winning the sale! overall sense of participating in resellers trial struggle is missing.

On the same LAN network I would like to find a TSplus Enterprise + A.S. solution that can allow remote connection not only to the server (host) but also to your client computer (single session only) located in the same LAN as the host.

TSPlus is a cheap easy tool for small and medium businesses remote access

Comments: I have deployed, administered, and used TSPlus for more than 10 years. It was an amazing product back then, and it has improved.

Pros:

The price. It is impossible to beat the pricing. You do not need a server, you can run the whole thing from a Windows 11 machine without adding Windows server and RDS licensing costs (CALs). The software is amazing, a single workstation can handle a hundred connections; you can scale with load balancing for redundancies or to add speed.

Cons:

I wish they had a way to download the software from a US server. When setting up firewall rules, many customers keep traffic to US shores only.

Way cheaper than Citrix, which is what we used before. Easy to use - all our users are on Macs, and the HTML5 web interface works great. Full featured. Advanced Security module is great. 2FA support, which is essential these days.

Licence management is a bit cumbersome.

Comments: I have been using the system for more than 10 years. It is better than any other systems such as Citrix or Parallel.

Windows Remote Desktop made easy

Comments: Have been using the software as an MSP for over 4 years to establish Remote Desktop services for our clients. Have been very pleased with the performance and ease of use for the software.

Pros:

Simple setup and implementation for Remote Desktop through the software. Support has been quick to respond and assist on tickets created when seeking extra instructions.

Cons:

Nit picking - When accessing server through HTML5 using a web browser, you can't send CTRL+ALT+DEL through a Toolbar Menu (or use CTRL+ALT+END) to bring up the Remote Desktop's shell screen to easily guide users to Password Resets.

GREAT SERVICES AND SUPPORT

Comments: Very good software and also the support team they always try to help you.

Pros:

The software and services are very good. You don´t need a high internet speed.

Cons:

Windows updates many few times they are not compatible with TS PLUS version at the time they come up and I have to unistall the last windows update.

TSPlus Hits the Spot

Comments: We have been happy with TSPlus and their support when needed has been very helpful.

Pros:

TSPlus is easy to setup and allows us to make our applications available via Windows Remote Desktop or from a web browers. So without changing any code our application can be run in a web browser. Another nice feature is to be able to transfer your license to a new server when you take an old server out of service.

Cons:

Currently TSPlus meets our needs so I do not have any suggestions for new features or complaints. It just works. Microsoft keeps making changes that affect TSPlus so you have to keep TSPlus up to date or else you may find that a Windows update breaks TSPlus.

TS Plus meets the needs

Comments: Ts Plus is a very good, robust product with very good support. It brings functions to small businesses that in the past have been the province of larger businesses in the past.The use of HTML5 to access a TS Plus server is a huge advantage in my opinion.

Pros:

Allowing users access to a Windows desktop either through the browser or via RDP without costing the earth makes the TS Plus investment worthwhile. The regular updates are invaluable and paired with the TS Plus advanced security module, a hard to beat proposition

Comments: We are 10 using it daily for remote desktop use to a server and it allows us to work efficiently.

Easy to setup optional advanced security features that greatly enhance the product reliable regular update virtual printer was a must for us since rdp printing can be buggy support is fast and efficient very little ressources used

the site to get a support ticket is not really handy or easy to find, but once you find it and open a tocket it is very efficient.

Comments: The remote desktop feature is easy to use and perfect for what we need. We haven't had a need for their other products yet but this has been great.

The Remote Desktop feature is perfect for our industry. We need many connection points to our clients to complete our services and it can be hard and costly for clients to provide what we need. This software allows us to be much more efficient in our offerrings to clients.

It took a while to set up the exact plan we needed but now that it's complete, everything's been great!
