### "A MUST for CPA firms" — 5.0/5

> **Pros**: How it seamlessly interfaced with my Firm software TaxDome.   Linking was a snap and once an invoice was generated - it went directly to my clients.  I was sometimes paid in minutes of sending the invoice.  I can verify if an invoice was sent to a client and when they paid it.  I can even print an invoice out of CPA Site Solutions and it is marked "Paid"\!  I have also used the credit card vault where you ask your client to enter their card information and you can charge against the card.  Make sure you let your client know you are doing it.  It will go right on their card.  I also have a couple of clients that make automatic weekly and monthly payments.  I can set it and forget it.  I get a message - YOU HAVE BEEN PAID\!  Music to a small businesses ears.  And last but not least - the customer service is outstanding\!  5++ \!  I had a client who made a mistake on his card number and of course it failed.  I reached out and got an answer right away.  In this time of lower customer service - CPA Site Solutions has gone higher.  I would Highly Recommend Them\!

> **Cons**: There was one issue I had with a failed transaction.  The client tried to use their card, and it appeared to go through.  I was notified I was paid (\!) and then a little while (few minutes) was notified the transaction failed.    I forwarded the message I received to the client and was getting ready to call when I went online to CPA Site Solutions and could see the failed transaction, but then about 5 minutes later there was a successful transaction.  When I contacted CPA Site Solutions, they indicated it was successfully paid the second time.  When I contacted the client, they confirmed it looked like the invoice was paid.   So, this was more a user error (usually I am the one causing the problem), I wouldn't fault CPA Site Solutions for this issue.   And I am sure everyone wants to know as soon as possible if a transaction fails.  I would recommend there be some type of time lapse to see if a customer can get an error corrected - meaning getting a bill paid successfully before raising flags.  Maybe they could have sent me (and maybe they did and I didn't see it before contacting the client) a second notice that indicates - the failed attempt has been corrected as of \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_.
