> **Pros**: - Une gestion simplifiée des titres-restaurants, notamment grâce à une intégration avec Payfit - Une interface géniale pour les employés : possibilité de suivre facilement son solde, de nombreuses fonctionnalités (ex : ajouter sa CB en cas de dépassement, se faire rembourser si un commerçant n'est pas partenaire, etc).- Possibilité d'intégrer des chèques cadeaux, chèques vacances...

> **Pros**: Swile permet de bénéficier des tickets restaurant sous forme dématérialisée. La carte fonctionne comme un carte bancaire. Il est possible de compléter les paiements avec une carte personnelle.

> **Cons**: La carte n'est pas prise en charge partout où on pourrait s'y attendre. Certains commerçants sont listés par Swile mais refusent la carte Swile et Swile ne retire pas ces commerçants malgré les signalements.
