> **Pros**: Trux makes it easy to schedule and deploy as many required work vehicles as needed. You can schedule at the office or the mobile app when your in a pinch in the field. Being able to schedule and look back at the calendar is convenient for forecasting.

> **Cons**: The mobile app is a bit challenging to navigate at first but still allows you to get the job done.
> 
> With Trux we are avoiding any confusion with scheduling and payment. Being able to check back and see who was where when or at the moment.

When I hire a trucker by the ton or by the hour I would find it easier to know how much I want to pay per job if I could see how much the trucker was actual going to receive on the same page I am assigning the pay rate.

> With the exception of the gas explosion on the north shore and those few months of rebuilding I have always been able to have my needs met via TRUX.
