> **Pros**: The four things we like most about the Engage platform include:
1. It is the most feature rich survey platform I've used in my 30 years of conducting employee surveys.
2. The support team at Engage is outstanding. They walked me through our first survey launch as if we were a part of their team. I've never had that level of hands on support before.
3. There is tons of learning content available on their website. This includes a complete user's manual, numerous videos, and sample (interactive) survey reports.
4. The value proposition was outstanding (i.e. cost vs. features).

> **Cons**: Coding the employee demographic data to load into the system is critical for the analysis that is done but, the process can be tedious. However, this is another area where Engage has a great template to guide the process; and their team provides great support.

> My company (IEC Enterprises) is a diversity consulting company. We conduct Cultural Audits for national public and private sector clients. Our cultural audits include an organizational survey developed by my company. Over the years we have used several companies to launch our survey. The Engage platform is perfect for our current needs.

> As part of my project, I needed an effective way to capture the culture and overall workings of a rapidly-growing engineering company.  \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was invaluable in explaining Mindset’s solution for my needs.  I started out looking for a better survey tool, but what I got from Mindset was much more in-depth, useful, and easier to use than other survey methods I’ve tried. 

The dynamic org chart capabilities really paralleled the actual structure, and the ease of segmenting data/demographics with simple visualizations really helped me tell the story back to the client. 

I was able confirm suspicions about where there were problems, but also uncovered, at a very detailed level, exactly what the issues were, and provided guidance on how to address those issues.

> **Pros**: Very friendly UI and very easy to navigate through each screen.

> **Cons**: Booking a space is very difficult and you have to go through too many clicks and sometimes it bounces you back out to the beginning and you have to start over.
> 
> This is an app that in terms of commercial use is not expensive. But you get what you pay for.
