User Friendly
Comments: The feedback from our learners is that the process to take an exam is quite cumbersome. Streamlining the process for test-takers would be my only request.
Pros:
This system is very easy to use. The reports feature is very helpful as I can pull reports in Excel to save locally.
Cons:
when you allow the learner another chance to write an exam, their original mark disappears. I'd prefer the system tells me what all of their marks are.
