> **Cons**: They don't refund your remaining credit when you close your account.

> I have used Burst for three years - no problem.  Standard sms messaging service.  My problem is that now I have sold my business, I cancelled my subscription and when I asked for a refund of my remaining credit, I was told that "it is not company policy to refund credit.  The money will stay on your account".  I don't believe this is acceptable business practice.
