> **Pros**: I really appreciate the fact that you can customize the  customer journey, and have access to a great team at onboard, where your recommendations/feedback are implemented and/or added to their roadmap. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is awesome to work with and really listens/tailors to our needs and requests.
