I can definitely declare that since the implementation of Repuso reviews widget, my conversion rate increased and our support team offloaded tons of questions regarding our brands integrity and reputation.

This is a majour advantage when onboarding clients as it makes resistance to change go. Customer service is outstanding. Requests get processed as is there at 5 + operators at all times. AFAIK there's only one

> **Pros**: Easy to set up with minimal options for optimization. Not much knowledge required for basic setup, but sometimes is a little wonky.

> **Cons**: I have to say I went to the site and was excited to see a chat feature and to see that in 50 minutes I should have the answers to all my problems.  Unfortunately I just typed and typed and typed and no one even acknowledged me.  I could have saved myself some time and just Wrote a letter in Word and deleted it.  I pay for this service from you and would expect that when it isn't working quite correctly that I would be able to get help without running into more problems.  I'll be shopping around for another solution for my clients going forward.
