When trying to reach out to customer service, there was no phone number to call even though this is not a cheap service. Then the support responses landed in my spam a few times, likely because of an off-shore server that they were sent from. Once the responses arrived, they were robotic at best, with no suggestion for a compromise or an acceptable solution. He actually pretended he didn’t know what was going on- like he couldn’t understand anything I said, not responding to me, or pretending he couldn’t hear me. You will never get your money back and they will never stop charging you once you sign up. They have no email that provides customer support. you will just get an email bounced back to you that says the same thing. If you call the Support number it is a message saying that they do not have a call support feature anymore. They say that they have a chat feature, but that is also untrue. Theygive you instructions for how to delete the account on your computer which do not work either. I wasn't trained to fix technology that was invented before toilet paper; however, I am the only IT guy for a ton of clinics and faxing is a necessary evil. Everyone was manually faxing until I showed them myfax.com. After we implemented this site-wide, it was a HUGE upgrade\!\!\!\! We saved a ton of money from switching to them.
