Another major advantage is the excellent customer support, as the team is very responsive and works closely with you to make customizations needed to fit our business requirements.

> **Pros**: I currently using Onramp for 1.5 years now, prior ERP systems is BPCs AS400 for 8 years and SAP for 15+ years.  Comparatively, Onramp is complete off the shelf ERP system that is intuitive, all modules needed, and user focused with all reporting and visualization built in.  It has Process and Production management that connects to visualization dashboards that allows super users to create. The system features is robust and comprehensive that also comes with outstanding customer support.  Reporting and visualization is built in without the need for external services such as Business Intelligence/Business Analytics or Power BI to display reporting and dashboards unlike most ERP system that requires customization or other software additions.

> **Cons**: I have not experienced any discontent with Onramp after using it for the past 1.5 years. It's just too way to use.

Developers are willing to receive input and suggestions for changes and are quick to implement them. Customer support is great. Lots of customizable reports and dashboards. A lot of really helpful automation(Spreadsheets, Data Entry, E-mail alerts/reports). Overall the software is very intuitive. Search for a screen or report and generally you will find exactly what you're looking for.
