> **Pros**: They are less than a property manager but you get what you pay for. There isn't anything I really like other than price.

> **Cons**: Very little support, they stop responding by 3pm PST even though they say they are open till 6 PM PST. Lots of technical issues on website and mobile app. Features on mobile app do not work. No contracts saved any where you can easily access. If your new to renting do not recommend as you have do a ton of leg work. They increased their price to $65 plus $395 for placement.

> It has been an uphill battle working with this online service. Barely any support and I think some of their support people do not understand English. Website and app has many technical bugs all reported to them with no action and its been 2 years now.

- I understand that it is evolving and new features are being added on quarterly basis.

> **Cons**: It was initially difficult to use the app for simple things like adding or deleting photos. In addition, setting up the locks required a bit of effort and quite a few takes. The connectivity from app to lock was the most frustrating.

> Overall, the support team is incredible.\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]was responsive, quick and extremely helpful. He directed all the moving parts from setup to rental. The team communicated clearly and provided everything I needed to make rental easy. The first day the listing was posted, we already had quite a few prospective candidates. Incredible work for a small fee.

> **Pros**: I love marble\! It takes out so much of the middle ground that I feel like has been wasted money. There are some things to be desired, but I feel like at this point, this is the best option. And I have a lot of faith that the company will continue to improve. The UI is lovely\!

> **Pros**: Lo que mas me gustó cuando probé Marble es lo intuitiva que es y su facilidad de uso.Es un software libre y lo puedo utilizar tanto en Windows como en Mac Os

> **Cons**: El soporte contesta rapidamente pero yo creo que hay varias cosas por pulir como la interfaz de usuario

> En general me gustó mucho tener la oportunidad de trabajar con Marble, ademas su equipo es impecable. Me ha gustado que sea multiplataforma y la facilidad de integrarlo dentro de otros programas
