Reviews of Google Calendar
Calendar app
Comments: Google Calendar is extremely helpful in managing our calendar schedules effectively. We can access it from all the devices where our google account is logged in. We can start the meeting from that meeting invite only through Google meet which is also a best part.
Pros:
1. Extremely user-friendly and easy to manage calendars as per the schedule. 2. Booking a scheduled calendar, and sending and receiving meeting reminders are some of the best parts. 3. Checking meeting invites and information as well is good as well. 4. It is integrable with all the tools.
Cons:
1. The main confusion arise when you have multiple email ids 2. The sync between google and apple calendar is an issue.

Love Google Calendar
Comments: I've set up calendars for personal and business. I like that I can toggle one off to focus on the other. I also have a calendar set up for my wife's business so I can see when she's booked if I need to ensure there are no conflicts.
Pros:
I like that it is available on all the platforms that I use, and that it integrates with GQueues.
Cons:
I'd like to have the solid background colour setting for events with a time rather than just coloured text. I can only get the background colours with "all day" events - so I end up just putting the time in the title.
The good, old standard
Comments: I've been using Google Calendar for years and probably won't switch due to its easy integrations and since I generally know my way around. I hope more improvements will be made in the future, especially in terms of a better Asana integration.
Pros:
Since it's the standard as far as calendar apps, it integrates nearly seamlessly with invitations from Zoom and other third-party apps. It's generally reliable and easy enough to set up.
Cons:
I wish there were a better integration to Asana. It's challenging to manage multiple Google accounts (such as several Gmail inboxes for different clients) and constantly have to ensure your calendar is reflecting the correct Google account. Admittedly, this would be easier on Chrome, but on Firefox it is very clunky. I wish there were a way to checkmark scheduled events as done. Sure, they disappear off your calendar once they've lapsed, but there would be some satisfaction in actually 'checking' them off. Maybe there is a setting somewhere that I don't know about.

Great calendar software
Comments: I have utilized Google Calendar for many years in many different capacities. It has always allowed me to stay organized and to accomplish my goals. Mostly, I have been in sales and marketing, so having a solid calendar software is essential.
Pros:
The calendar works great and also integrates well since we use the Google for Business Suite.
Cons:
I pretty much like everything about it nothing to add.
Alternatives Considered:
Really great calendar platform for every use
Comments: It's probably one of the tools I use the most to organize my life and schedule with everyone in it, whether at work or in my personal life.
Pros:
It's very user-friendly. It has all the features I need, even the new ability to set booking time slots that easily integrate into web pages or Gmail.
Cons:
Too many times, they take valuable features or products off the shelf. Different products that integrate in calendar such as Keep and tasks (as a separate app or in calendar).

Google Calendar-Easy Peasy
Comments: Google Calendar is easy to use, making it efficient for managing tasks.
Pros:
It is straightforward to use. I always feel that Google is made for idiots. Anyone can figure it out!
Cons:
If your settings are not set to private, everyone will be able to see your calendar.
One of the best calendar alternatives and easiest to use.
Comments: Although I use Outlook Calendar more daily, Google Calendar has always been part of my apps because it was used by several companies where I worked. I never had any trouble and found the interface very intuitive.
Pros:
I like the simplicity of use, the clean interface and that it integrates easily with other Google Workspace tools. Tags are also great for multiple calendars.
Cons:
Notification customization can be tricky and limited. It would be great to have more alternatives to tailor alerts according to needs or times of the day. However, it would be a "nice to have" but does not give it negative points.

Been using this for years
Comments: My experience has been great, I’ve been using Google calendar for so long that I couldn’t live without it.

That you can easily add, edit and share with others
Cons:
It’s hard to switch between calendars if you have multiple Google accounts.
The go-to online calendar
Comments: I use Google Calendar for most of my online accounts and email addresses. It works really well to keep everything organized and the color-coding is a great feature.
Pros:
Works with different platforms and is easy to read.
Cons:
When setting times for Events, the calendar defaults to the AM or PM that it thinks is best, not what I set it to.
Alternatives Considered:
Google Calendar is a must - simplicity, functionality, elegance.
Comments: Google Calendar is an everyday, all the time app for me. It's a lifesaver. I couldn't function without it. So simple to use, very elegant in design and functionality. Just the most straightforward calendar product I've ever used.
Pros:
It's very simple to setup and use. It syncs easily across all devices (either with native apps on mobile, or through a browser on PC). Additional functionality has been added recently that can help you find a time that works for all attendees and automatically create virtual meeting links. I literally could not function at work or outside of it with Google Calendar. I am able to color code my events and the automatic reminders are lifesaving. The month-view helps me plan weeks ahead and gives me a view of what's coming up.
Cons:
I wish it integrated with Zoom a little cleaner - the integration with Google Meet is obviously flawless, but we utilize Zoom or Teams at work.
LOVE Google Calendar
Comments: Im a huge fan these days. I also like that it will read incoming emails and offer meeting suggestions.
Pros:
I love that I can send all my clients to their newer *booking page for my live availability. It streamlines so much back and forth that I would typically need to do in order to book each appt. I LOVE it, been a life saver.
Cons:
When I had used google cal in the past, I didnt think it was as user friendly but over the last couple years, it has been working very well between my different email accounts and connecting with my phone.
Manage business and personal schedule easily
Comments: Great for calendar management, appointments, reminders, tasks, etc
Pros:
Simple diary management with integrations to popular scheduling and conf apps. Merges personal and business calendars for overall availability and scheduling
Cons:
sometimes feels difficult to import events, but not a big issue
Best Calendar for Meetings
Comments: Overall, I would choose Google Calendar over anything else. It keeps me organized.
Pros:
I like Google calendar because you can easily schedule meetings and maintain your entire schedule in one place with options for events, tasks etc. Meetings through Google calendar are also very simple and efficient. My favourite place to hold meetings. It also has an app.
Cons:
There used to be more functions in the events/tasks. One of my favourites was removed and just converted into tasks. The phone app also has a hard time integrating with my laptop. For example, if I delete an event out of my phone, sometimes it still appears on my laptop and has to be deleted twice.
Best calendar tracking system!
Comments: I love Google Calendar all around, it makes it so easy to schedule and manage tasks and events for the day. I never miss anything and am always on top of my day!
Pros:
Google Calendar has live updates so I know everything is up to date. It syncs so well with sites like Calendly, where all the meetings scheduled pop up instantly. I also love how you can change the colors of different events for easy visibility and how you can set reminders!
Cons:
No complaints! I switched from the built-in phone calendar and Google Calendar is a huge upgrade. Being able to see the titles for each day is such a great feature.
google calender daily usage review
Comments: good overall experience it's fast and updates wellwhen people accept meetings. could be better when trying to view 5+ peoples calendars but maybe I'm asking too much
Pros:
being able to create meetings withing the calendar
Cons:
not great to be able to see other peoples availability as the user flow is a bit odd
My Google Calendar Experience
Comments: You can schedule your time and share it with others to schedule their time around yours. This is what makes Google Calendar unique.
Pros:
The ease of use and ability to integrate Google Calendar into my daily activities. I can easily automate and set schedules without stress.
Cons:
It's a bit difficult to integrate multiple email addresses into one.
Intuitive Calendar and Event Management
Comments: I am a big Google fangirl, and utilize the Google Workspace and Calendar daily, so I can easily rave about the easy functionality and how super intuitive the workspace, calendar, and general flow are. Google Calendar helps keep my day easily organized.
Pros:
I absolutely love Google Calendar and how intuitive it is. It allows us to combine our personal calendars with our organizations calendars for simple, easy-to-organize, functional event and business calendar management. We have several studios, rehearsal halls, and meeting rooms constantly in rotation and function, and allowing the cross-management of all calendars, we are able to keep our business running smoothly.
Cons:
I am honestly a huge fan of the Google Calendar, so there isn't much I don't like. Perhaps a bit more customization for personal needs would be a nice addition? (Theme, colors, fonts, etc.) But that's a nuanced criticism.
Great calendar for company use
Comments: Google calendar is great as you can create shared calendars and colour coordinate them, so certain team members can see the same calendar as you. It also has a reminder function for any upcoming meetings, or google meets meetings. Very user friendly and useful for companies with employees in different offices/working remotely
Pros:

Cons:
It is hard to find any flaws with this calendar system, it has worked great for our use and company.
Google Calendar is an incredibly powerful scheduling and task tracking tool
Comments: Overall, I'm very happy with Google Calendar and the functionality that is built in to the product. The integration with GMail and Tasks makes it incredibly easy to create events and track to-dos.
Pros:
Intelligent calendar event creation from emails; ability to color code different types of events; the scheduling feature is impressive for a built-in tool.
Cons:
Sometimes I've noticed that when I delete an event, even if I specify *not* to send a notification, it still does. This can be annoying for team members who are no longer invited (or no longer with the company).
Awesome scheduling/ availability/ meeting rooms booking tool
Comments: Best-in-class experience when it comes to organizing/ scheduling remote, hybrid, or on-site (meeting rooms) sessions in a simple manner.
Pros:
The integration with Cisco Webex is perfect. The easy way to schedule meetings and check the availability of all attendees. The auto-complete/ suggested invitee names make it way easier to schedule a meeting for a large number of people. The Admin options to customize and manage physical meeting room features and the way those are made visible to the users who are eligible to book those rooms. The overall integration with the Google Suite/ Apps ecosystem is great.
Cons:
I have not identified any issues or room for improvement throughout the years I've utilized G-calendar.
Google Calendar Fantastic
Comments: Google Calendar is the best software to schedule your meetings, events and more tasks, a sensational product. I give it five stars and highly recommend it.
Pros:
It is a wonderful product, it allows us to schedule our events in a simple way, easy to manage and with instant notifications.
Cons:
I have not had any problems, it has always worked correctly.
Google Calendar
Comments: Excellent. User friendly in every sense. Settings are also simply and easy to follow for all needs.
Pros:
Easy to use. Ability to color code appointments, integrate with several other calendars and applications
Cons:
When adding another calendar, often can not change status from "free" to "busy" or vice-versa.
Get organized with Google Calendar
Comments: I love Google Calendar and use it daily. It is one of the first things that I check in the morning because I live most of my life by my calendar, so having it up to date is important. I also love the ability to use other calendars that can sync with Google Calendar so easily.
Pros:
I love how easy it is to add events to the calendar, invite relevant parties, and find a time that works without the back and forth. Another thing I love about Google Calendar is how easy it is to add notes, attachments, locations, etc. Google Calendar makes it easy to stay organized.
Cons:
One thing that frustrates me with the calendar is that I would like to have a buffer between all meetings and I can't set that up for some reason. I hate when people have a link to my calendar yet there is no buffer set.
Easy and convenient
Comments: Google calendar has made running my life a lot easier from important meetings, client sessions, to self time, blocked off work hours, and events with the kids. Google calendar has made keep track of all of it simple and convenient.
Pros:
It is easy use. I also like that google automatically uploads events into my calendar from my emails and some text messages.
Cons:
The ability to link multiply accounts or calendars into one is a bit difficult and could use some work.
