> **Pros**: It is specific to Endodontic offices. The referral data base and reports are helpful.
> 
> **Cons**: The support for EV is almost nonexistent.  When you call there are long wait times and often the support team is unfamiliar with the software or not helpful. Also, we used EV for 20 years and it has changed very little since then.
> 
> Good basic software but don't expect anything modern.
