> **Pros**: The customized reports and the turn around of the team is 2nd to none. I have worked on many PACS systems including Braintree and Medstreaming. Emsow is superior to any and all PACS systems I have used in the past 16 years.

> **Cons**: As with all platforms there are errors that occur and sometimes the system goes down. However, these issues are few and far between.

> We're very happy with Emsow and have no plans to ever leave this platform. Given our multiple locations, referring providers, and reading physicians this platform is perfect for our group.
