> **Cons**: Lack of support. LITTLE to NO trained staff on the Pedo part of the software. Months and months to hear back and usually we have to be the ones following up. They are not able to fix issues within their own program.

> The office was sold this program, given positive feedback and reviews only to be dismissed and dumped when they have not been able to fix their own software issues. The sales pitch that was given has not been what we have received. Little to no support or trained staff to help. They continue to put your requests off leaving accounts incorrect for months and months. This has created upset patients regarding their accounts. Management will not even call when requested. DO NOT RECOMMEND\! Their offer is to buy another program from them to replace Pedo Cloud 9. An investment was already spent on this program, buying another is not an option.
