We are tracking leave and absences so much easier as well. We can also send out emails to all staff with any updates they need to know about. > > **Cons**: There are some areas that I think are missing quite obvious automation. For example, when marking someone on maternity leave the public holidays still show as being taken, so you have to manually remove them. > > It has improved how we collate and distribute information making payroll much easier and more accurate. We were able to have employee training rolled out which helped new starters learn company proceedures and keep track of staff members who had and had not completed training modules. This was fed back automatically to managers for them to chase up. Many modules do not align well with modern HR practices, and configuration/customisation options are limited.
