Before, our weekly check-ins were all over the place (and honestly, we didn´t always checked-in weekly). We'd talk numbers, someone would bring up a problem from three weeks ago, we'd end up debating something we couldn't even act on that day. Catipult didn't magically fix that, but it gave us a shared reference point , a set of KPIs we all agreed actually mattered  and that alone changed the quality of our conversations. When it´s a manufacturing company, KPIs can easily become 1000.
What surprised me most was how well it adapted to our context. Honey production has its own rhythms: harvest windows, humidity, storage conditions affecting quality. The AI picked up on some of those nuances faster than I expected and flagged a pattern in our sales cycle we'd been vaguely aware of but never properly tracked.

My one suggestion: a slightly more guided onboarding for businesses that aren't tech-native. We spent the first couple of weeks figuring out how to translate our reality into the system. A few simple prompts at the start — "what's your main constraint right now?" — would go a long way.
But four months in, it's part of how we run things. That's the real test.
