> **Pros**: It has transformed the way that the Geelong Tech School operations by providing a more wholistic view of the strategic plan and links to operational plans. I have been able to also create staff personal development plans linked to the aop which has been great for staff to take ownership of these actions and see the relationship to the operating and strategic plans.

> **Cons**: Being able to duplicate plans would be a great feature. The product overall has been fantastic for the tech school.
