> **Cons**: There are no outstanding issues at the moment.   The communication to signers needs to inform the sender if the recipient did not open the request.   At times it is challenging to get the signature request through firewalls.

With our office moving to a less paper/ more digital environment, my department has been able to reduce paper use as well as save so much more time. In addition, I receive the signed contracts back in a much timelier manner. Love it\!

> **Pros**: Nothing yet.  The upload of a document to turn in to a pdf is straight forward enough but the tab feature does not work correctly.  It's all over the place and causes confusion.

> **Cons**: Doesn't work as presented and when developers get involve to "fix" an issue - it's worse\! So done waiting for them to fix the tab feature, the selfie feature and the pdf link feature.
> 
> After sale CS and onboarding is terrible.  They take forever to get back to you with fixes and when they notify that the issue is resolved - it's not.  The fix is worse than the original issue.  Example: Selfie now does not allow for a selfie but must upload a document.  UGH\!\!
