> **Pros**: I love how easy it is to crosstab the results from a survey with demographics or one question's results with another question's results. We can mine so much valuable insight from that.

> **Cons**: Survey results from bots or acquiescence bias, but they are working on fixing this.

> Overall, my experience has been very good. Their support staff does work hard to be there for us whenever we might need them so that always makes the experience better.
