> **Cons**: Userfriendliness of the Portal is already quite good but still can be improved (e.g., show mandatory fields, make customer lists sortable, show directly in which fields the allowed characters are limited and give direct feedback whether input is acceptable) to make everyday work more efficient and reduce possibilities for errrors due to oversight.
