> **Pros**: The best thing about XEPOS is how easy it is to use on a daily base. The interface is simple and staff can quickly get comfortable without much training. It also has useful features for sale tracking and reporting, which makes managing a business smoother. Their customer support team is also very responsive and always ready to help whenever needed.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the system updates take a little time, which can slow down the process briefly, but its not a major issue.

> **Pros**: Nothing no help from technical support no call center only way of communication is via email or WhatsApp I wouldn't bother with them as they give you the run around

 was so professional and so kind, He interested me with ever single Step, and setup everything remotely and perfectly.

> **Cons**: there are a lot of option that are not available in this software like wastage option for wasted drinks and products, and a pop up should be there for alcohol purchase to verify the customer age.

> Overall my experience is fantastic, loved the service and with a very lower price rate, best designed for Pubs and Bars
