> **Pros**: None. quite literally. The onboarding process should've been a read flag. It's all been terrible.

> **Cons**: You pay for their failure to process funds. They will tell you that transactions fail due to insufficient funds, but I have tried it with my own card. It failed and they charge you for it. I am not sure what they are up to and why they are so bad. But please, just go with Stripe\!

> **Pros**: Nothing positive to note. We have since switched to Stripe and found it far superior in every way. The difference has been night and day. Stripe offers a modern, accurate, fully customisable platform with no failed transaction fees, smart payment retries, instant notifications, and outstanding 24/7 support. We regret not switching sooner.

> **Cons**: Outdated, restrictive system. Excessive fees including failed payment charges of $16.39 and customer load fees. Poor customer service for both us and our clients. Feedback ignored for years. Slow, unhelpful support. Difficult cancellation process with exit fees even after months of non-use.

> **Pros**: I like you can call support if you need help, also the cheap transaction percentage for credit cards is good, but... its fixed, so if they sign up with bank account they charge the same as credit card.... when other provides charge only a fraction when using bank direct debit.

> **Cons**: While you save a little per transaction (we do larger $ amounts over long periods so it does add up), our staff need to log in DAILY to run a report to see if a transaction has failed, then chase that payment, should you not do this... instead of pausing the payment plan after a few failed transactions, the payment plan goes into 'missed' mode and each scheduled item then gets 'missed' basically making the payment plan useless, and needing to start a new one to catch the customer up.&#10;&#10;The interface has not been updated in years, there seems to be no real active development on the platform, others are much more customer friendly, and easier to use... it seems ezypay only cares about the big massive volume clients.

> We are moving away from ezypay after years with them, as we have continual issues and the system is simply not easy to use, at this stage we would rather spend a little more as to not have to constantly worry we are missing transactions. Some time ago they hired a new executive customer exp manager, who has in turn left the company, unfortunately, none of the promises, feedback, surveys etc have been taken on board in the years proceeding that and they advised that they have all those feedback but they dont know if or when any work will be done on the platform.&#10;&#10;As an experienced Digital Consultant, I would recommend that if you are a large company doing huge  turnover on repayment plans, and have the resources to custom code something to work with this platform, you could save some serious money on your bottom line in fees (however, i would probably still go to one of the other big players as they will likely negotiate better pricing). For all other cases, find somewhere else, as there are ALOT of great repayment services out there who don't have these issues,  or simply use something like woo commerce subscriptions and take the payments on your own website :)

> **Pros**: Very dodgy practices. Reports are very confusing and intransparant/incoherent. They are charging a WEEKLY fee for reports which is NO WHERE mentioned at sign-up or on their web page and to which we HAVE NOT AGREED. Will now involve small business ombudsman to lodge a claim and obtain a refund of these unjustified costs.
