> **Pros**: Adit has been a game-changer for our practice, streamlining daily operations while improving the patient experience. The fact that the platform is all-in-one makes it so easy to rely on. I love that Adit combines scheduling, reminders, forms, payments, and patient communication in one place. It reduces the need for multiple tools and keeps everything organized and easy to manage. The automated text and email reminders significantly cut down on no-shows and save our team a ton of time. Patients appreciate the convenience, and we appreciate the consistency. Adit is intuitive and easy to learn. Both staff and patients can navigate it without frustration, which makes onboarding and day-to-day use smooth. Online scheduling and digital intake forms are a huge win. Patients can book appointments and complete paperwork ahead of time, which speeds up check-ins and keeps the schedule running efficiently. The Adit support team is responsive and helpful, and the platform continues to evolve with useful updates. It feels like the company genuinely listens to user feedback.

> **Cons**: It is really hard to find things I don't like about Adit. As with any software, there will be glitches, but I feel like Adit is amazing when help is needed. You have to have the right infrastructure in place - make sure your internet speeds are up to par. We use OpenDental, so integration is amazing, but I can't speak to other PMS systems.

> **Cons**: The new update has changed the layouts of the screen accessibility \&amp; we have to reboot multiple times on text feature  to be able to have the box through which we can respond to patients.

> My favorite part is the the Mobile app which allows team members to access patient information and address concerns anytime, anywhere. Having that level of accessibility 24/7 has been a game changer for both efficiency and patient care. IT support team are exceptional, responsive , knowledgeable \&amp; quick to resolve any issues. > **Pros**: Adit made a lot of promises. As a small business, we were definitely hoping to save some money, and during the initial meetings it seemed like a great deal — all the same features as our previous company at about half the cost. Unfortunately, once we signed up, everything went downhill from there.

> **Cons**: Just about everything. The software only worked properly for about a week before the problems started—and they never stopped. We signed up in May 2025 and ended up canceling by October 2025 after submitting more than 30 support tickets. Despite countless calls and follow-ups, the same issues kept reoccurring, and support was slow to respond or failed to resolve anything long-term.

> Terrible experience. Problem after problem. We were told multiple times that issues had been fixed, yet the very next day the same problems would reappear. Each time we’d submit a support ticket, we wouldn’t hear back for days. When we called for support, we were promised a call back within an hour or two—but days would go by without any response.&#10;&#10;It didn’t matter how many times we called; the issues were never truly resolved. When I did manage to speak with someone, I repeatedly told them our office hours, yet they would always call after we were closed to “diagnose the issue.”&#10;&#10;After months of back-and-forth and constant problems, we finally decided to cancel and find another company. Only then—after we gave notice to cancel—did they “discover” that the integration had partially failed. This was after weeks of accessing our server and crashing it multiple times.&#10;&#10;Overall, Adit lacks proper communication, accountability, and technical reliability. I was even told the representative I was dealing with worked in the same time zone as us, but they still never called during our business hours. Extremely disappointing experience.

> **Pros**: What we’ve liked most about Adit is how responsive and supportive their team is. Whenever we have questions or run into an issue, someone is quick to reach out and help. Our account manager,  \[sensitive content hidden\], has been especially helpful. He responds quickly and makes sure problems are addressed right away, which gives us a lot of confidence in the support behind the platform.&#10;&#10;We’ve also appreciated how smooth the transition to the platform was and how it’s helped streamline our daily operations. Overall, the combination of a reliable system and excellent customer support has made the experience very positive for our team.

Like with any platform, there are occasional small issues or features that could be improved, but their team has been very responsive whenever something comes up.
